• Damaged Goods

Travel Starter NZ Limited packages our items securely when sending our product, if it arrives and the package is damaged please provide photos of outer package before opened and photos of inner for the courier to access, any returns on damaged goods please return back to us within 7 days for full repair or replacement after we have reviewed the damage.

• Faulty Goods
  If item has arrived defective, we will replace the item as soon as possible with no additional charge...this is subject to our review of the returned product.
