  • Fraudulent activities are highly monitored on our site/bank and if fraud is detected, you shall be responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities.

 

  • Damaged Goods

Travel Starter NZ Limited packages our items securely when sending our product, if it arrives and the package is damaged, please provide photos of outer package before opened and photos of inner for the courier to access, any returns on damaged goods please return back to us within 7 days for full repair or replacement after we have reviewed the damage.

  • Faulty Goods
    If item has arrived defective, we will replace the item as soon as possible with no additional charge...this is subject to our review of the returned product.

Any Personal Data (payment details) are not kept by us and are secure with our host website

If you have chosen to be signed up to our site or have placed an order with us before, your data will be processed by Shopify who we use to design and send occasionally our marketing emails on latest products and updates. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of these emails if you wish to opt out

 

  • PRE-ORDERS 

Items that state PRE ORDER are sold out items that Travel Starter has ordered more supplies in to make more, when purchasing a PRE ORDER this will confirm you will be in line to receive Travel Starters next drop of the product.

while most pre orders should only take around 2 weeks, please bear in mind that international shipping can be occasionally delayed and could take longer for Travel Starter to receive her supplies. 

once you have chosen to place a Pre Order, we do not accept cancellations on pre orders.
